Our Custom Test Fixture Information Form is a convenient place to gather the bulk of the information that needs to be considered when determining your test fixture requirements. Some Customers develop a Statement of Work (SOW) for their test fixture project – if you that, please include information on all of the items in this list. Then, your SOW should contain all of the information necessary to quote your custom test fixture. In addition, it is very helpful if you can provide Gerber files and solid models of the device that you need to test (UUT). It is also helpful if you can send us a few photographs.
